Directions: mix 3 scoops = 30 g of ISO-FUJI 80 ml up to 250 ml of water or liquid of your choice . The volume of water used in the preparation can be increased at will in order to obtain the desired density and intensity of taste. Take one serving a day away from main meals, or an hour before workouts. It can also be taken after training or competitions. |
